Jeanne is passionate about inspiring balance and to invest in women’s wellness in all its complexity and beauty – physical, emotional, mental and social. She encourages women to uncover, explore and embrace their authentic beauty from the inside out. Tools and guidelines are provided to promote this journey, tailored to the client / audience’s requirements.

Full day and half-day workshops have been developed for groups of women, as detailed below.

Women’s Wellness Workshop (Full Day):

Jeanne will be collaborating with a style coach and a natural skincare therapist for the full day events. These workshops provide the opportunity for women to discover and unveil their authentic beauty, whilst nurturing holistic wellness from the inside out. The workshops will include the following:


Open with Pilates session by Jeanne van Zyl (45min; optional): 
Pilates exercises and stretches, including a motivational presentation on fitness and the importance thereof for stress management, appetite regulation, emotional regulation, overall fitness and flexibility, etc. Practical tools will be provided on how to incorporate physical activity into your daily life, especially if you’re living a fast-paced lifestyle. 15min Q&A session afterwards.

Image Coach presentation (60min): A qualified image and style coach will discuss how to express your authentic self through your unique style, make-up tips and how you can dress to express (instead of impress). Q&A included at the end of the presentation.

Organic skincare and beauty specialist (60min): Presentation on understanding your skin and its requirements; probiotic skincare; certified organic skincare; personalizing your skincare regime. A wide range of certified organic skincare products will be exhibited, with testers for the audience to try out for themselves and products available for purchase. Q&A included at the end of the presentation.

Wellness talk by Jeanne van Zyl (120min – broken down into two 60min sessions): Presentation on nutrition and lifestyle guidelines, as well as practical tools, to enhance wellness from the inside out. E.g.: The importance of a nutrient-dense wholefood diet (vitamins, minerals, superfoods, phytochemicals, etc.), how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body, stress management, practical tools to support emotional well-being, etc. Practical coaching tools and worksheets will be provided to devise a plan of action for yourself. Includes a wellness hamper with supplement samples, beauty products and special offers. Q&A included at the end of each session. A wide range of health food products and supplements will be exhibited for tasting or purchasing by attendees.

The half-day workshop focuses intently on holistic women’s wellness – mind, soul and body wellness from all angles.

The wellness sessions focus on relevant topics such as:

  • Lifestyle tips to support a healthy weight (nutrition, fitness, emotional well-being, relationships, etc.)
  • How our inner life (thoughts, emotions, attitudes, etc.) influences our food choices and physical health – and what can be done to shift it towards a positive, healthy balance (combination of NLP, Life Coaching and Nutrition strategies)
  • Hormonal imbalances and hormone-related issues (including: sex hormones, stress hormones, thyroid hormones and blood sugar regulating hormones).
  • Inside out beauty (skin, hair, nails, weight, etc.)
  • Coaching tools and guidelines that support a balanced life: goal-setting exercises, self-reflection tools, review / plan ahead tools, prioritization exercise, etc.

Further details:

  • Full day event (given that the venue and refreshments are provided):
    • Cost: R450 per person (at least 8 women required to attend the event).
    • 15% discount per person if more than 15 women attend the event.
    • Set fee of R7500 if more than 20 women attend the event.
  • Half day event (given that the venue and refreshments are provided):
    • Cost: R280 per person (at least 8 women required to attend the event).
    • 15% discount per person if more than 15 women attend the event.
    • Set fee of R4500 if more than 20 women attend the event.
