The 12-Week Beautiful Balance Journey

 

Week 1:

  • Establishing goals for the next 12 weeks – Wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle and overall goals.
  • Reviewing various aspects of your life: Lifestyle, wellness, work, relationships, challenges, stress, emotional wellness, hobbies, etc.
  • Measure client – waist, abdomen, etc.
  • Review who you are as a person: Your strengths and weaknesses; your challenges / limitations; your aspirations; coaching styles that will work for you; short and long term life goals.
  • Application of NLP tools and exercises to uncover limiting beliefs, destructive / counterproductive habits, restrictions and deep-seated paradigms that may hinder the journey that lies ahead.
  • Basic guidelines will be provided at the end of the session; an in-depth discussion and detailed guidelines will be provided during the follow-up session.

Week 2:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 1. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Discussion of the action plan: Tailored guidelines and strategies based on what was discussed and established during session 1. In-depth discussion of guidelines and strategies, ensuring that it’s doable and sustainable in the long run.
  • Develop action plan with client (short- and long-term goals) – application of specific tools to develop goals and an action plan for achieving these short- and long-term goals.
  • Application of coaching and NLP tools and exercises to unblock limiting beliefs or anything that may restrict you from applying the suggested guidelines and strategies.

Week 3:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 2. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Focusing on Lifestyle and Wellness: Which areas in your lifestyle or overall wellness needs to be addressed? Includes: diet, stress management, fitness, relaxation, hobbies, me-time, etc.
  • Developing a personalised action plan, based on lifestyle and wellness goals (to build on previous guidelines and strategies).
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 4:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 3. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Focusing on Beauty: What does beauty mean to you? Discussing your personal ‘beauty journey’ and exploring strategies and tools to enhance your natural beauty from the inside out. Skin, hair, nails, weight and inner beauty will be covered. Establishing your beauty goals and developing a personalised action plan to achieve these goals.

Week 5:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 4. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 5 focuses on Environment: Work, home, relationships / social environment, physical environment and ‘play’ environment. Which aspects of your environment are influencing you negatively and how to address / change these aspects. Relevant coaching and NLP tools and exercises will be applied for this session.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 6:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 5. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 6 focuses on Behavior (including habits): Which behaviors are constructive and should be reinforced? Which behaviors are destructive and how to bring about change or address these behaviors from deep within (through application of NLP / coaching techniques). Ensuring that your values and your goals are expressed through your behaviors.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 7:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 6. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 7 focuses on your personality, strengths, gifts, talents, skills and the totality of who you are as an individual. This session is ALL about YOU. Which aspects of yourself have you kept hidden over the years? Which aspects of who you are needs cultivation and attention? Application of specific tools to uncover who you inherently are and how to live it fully.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 8:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 7. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 8 focuses on Values and Beliefs: We explore your deepest values and deep-seated beliefs. Limiting and restricting beliefs may prevent us from being free, whole and fully alive. NLP tools are applied to assist you in discovering useful values to nurture and to understand how they drive everything you do and decisions you make. NLP is also applied to illuminate self-limiting and destructive beliefs that suck the life right out of you and prevents you from moving strongly forward. This session goes only as deep and as personal as you wish for it to go – there is no pressure and you are not obligated to disclose your inner journey as we go through the exercises.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 9:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 8. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 9 focuses on Identity: Who are you? How do you see yourself? What do you think of yourself? How do you want to see yourself? Who were you created to be and are you living it to the max? Which roles do you fulfill in life and are you confident and competent in each of these roles – parent, wife/girlfriend, friend, employee / boss / co-worker / entrepreneur, culture, etc. Which experiences or incidents in your life has oppressed or negatively influenced your identity?
  • Relevant NLP and coaching tools are applied to assist you in breaking free from limitations and to allow yourself to discover, love and embrace who you were created to be. Once again, this session goes only as deep and as personal as you wish for it to go – there is no pressure and you are not obligated to disclose your inner journey as we go through the exercises.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 10:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 9. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 10 focuses on Purpose, Vision and Mission: What is your purpose / calling in life? What were you created to do in this life? Have you ever journeyed about your purpose / calling? Are you working and living towards a vision? What is your reason to live? What does your heart beat for / what have you always dreamt of doing? ‘Our purpose is where our deepest passion and the world’s deepest hunger meets’. There are excellent coaching and NLP tools that can be used during this session to help you answer these questions and many others that pertain to your purpose in life.
  • Once again, this session goes only as deep and as personal as you wish for it to go – there is no pressure and you are not obligated to disclose your inner journey as we go through the exercises.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 11:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 10. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 11 is the Creative Session: This is the ‘Fun Session’! You will be encouraged to make a collage, using pictures, colours, words and whatever seems fit to you. The collage can be based on your journey so far or for what you envision for your future. During and after the collage, the piece of art will be discussed and particular questions and tools will be applied accordingly. This piece of art is yours to take home and to remind you of this journey, as well as to encourage you to continue on the journey, keeping the vision and motivation in your heart.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Value: R320.

Week 12:

  • Evaluation of growth and what you’ve learnt in the past week since Session 11. Discussing what worked and what may need to change, as well as how to bring about these changes.
  • Session 12 is the Final Session: Specific coaching tools are applied to establish what was revealed during the past 12 weeks, as well as to confirm your action plan for the road ahead. Short and long term goals are discussed and practical tools / guidelines are provided accordingly. Any remaining restrictions and limitations are addressed through relevant NLP / coaching techniques. Homework is given for the road ahead, based on your individual needs and what may work best for you personally.
  • You’re welcome to continue your journey after week 12, at a 10% discount for future sessions.

Cost: This 12-week journey is worth R3970, but is offered at a 20% discount of R3176 if paid upfront. Alternatively, you can pay it off over 3 months at 10% discount (R1191 per month for three months) or pay per session at 5% discount (R427.50 for the first session and R304 for follow-up sessions).
